
How to Reset Your DC3 Account Password

If you forget your password, you will need to reset it to access your Full Sail DC3 account.
If you purchased a course with a class start date before October 20, 2025 that’s in Full Sail’s LMS, you’ll reset your password through Full Sail’s LMS here. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your password reset.
If you purchased a self-paced course on or after October 20, 2025 that’s in DC3’s LMS, you’ll reset your password through DC3’s LMS here. Follow these instructions to complete your DC3 LMS password reset.
- Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the Full Sail DC3 Account Login page.
- Enter the email address you used to sign up for your course and click “Send Link.”
- Check your email for a message from auth0 and click on the reset link provided (check your spam folder if you can’t find the email).
- Follow the onscreen prompts to select and confirm a new password.
- You can now log in to your DC3 account with your new password.
