- How can I finance my DC3 purchase using Klarna?

- What is Full Sail DC3’s refund policy?
Full Sail DC3 students who cancel enrollment within three days from the course purchase date and have not progressed past the first module of course content are entitled to a 100% refund of charges and fees. Students can request a refund by emailing their request to StudentAccounts@fullsaildc3.com.
- Are Full Sail DC3 courses eligible for financial aid?
Courses at Full Sail DC3 are offered for personal and professional enrichment and are not eligible for financial aid.

Full Sail DC3 is a dynamic, short-form education platform that allows you to upskill for a career change, career advancement, or pursue a passion, at your own pace.
- Is Full Sail DC3 a part of Full Sail University?
Yes, Full Sail DC3 was created by Full Sail University as a self-paced, short-form education platform that gives students the ability to develop their skills, pursue interests, and forge their own learning path. Full Sail DC3 also is able to take advantage of unique aspects of Full Sail University’s learning model on behalf of its students - including optional hands-on curriculum and real-world, project-based learning, educators who are professionals in their field, and high-quality tech support service.
- Are Full Sail DC3 courses eligible for course credit at Full Sail University?
At this time, Full Sail DC3 course offerings are not eligible for transfer credits to Full Sail University.
- Do I need to reside in the US to take Full Sail DC3 courses?
No, Full Sail DC3 accepts international students as well as domestic.
- How old do I need to be to enroll in a Full Sail DC3 offering?
You need to be at least 16 years old to enroll in a Full Sail DC3 course.
- Will I receive a student email address from Full Sail DC3?
No, Full Sail DC3 students will not receive an official school email account as of October 20, 2025. If you are a prior DC3 student with an official school email account, or a Full Sail University alumni, you can continue to use your school email to log in.
- What is included in my DC3 course?
For information about what is included in a DC3 course, please review the course page for the class you are interested in purchasing. Each course page includes information about items included with a DC3 course purchase. Please note that DC3 is not required to provide software, hardware, or additional resources to students – even if these items are required to successfully complete the course.
- Does Full Sail DC3 provide computers or other technology to students?
Students enrolled in courses will be expected to have or acquire the specified equipment to successfully complete the course.
- What technology and equipment do I need to be successful?
All product pages contain details about the skills, technology, and equipment you may need prior to enrolling.
- Who teaches Full Sail DC3 courses?
Full Sail DC3 courses are taught by facilitators and professionals. Some of DC3’s facilitators are also instructors at Full Sail University. They will be available to you throughout your course for project feedback and to answer questions if requested.
- When can I take a DC3 course?
Students can start a DC3 course at any time. Full Sail DC3 offers self-paced courses so students can learn on a schedule that works for them.
- Do I need to attend my classes during scheduled times?
No, all Full Sail DC3 courses are offered entirely online and are self-paced. If you need additional assistance with course materials, you can reach out to your course facilitator directly to ask questions or schedule a meeting. Working with your course facilitator is optional and not required.
- Do I need to attend my classes during scheduled times?
No, all Full Sail DC3 courses are offered entirely online and although live synchronous sessions are offered, they are also archived for viewing after the fact, to allow you to complete your work at a time that works for you.
- How long does it take to complete a DC3 course?
Full Sail DC3’s courses are self-paced and are designed to provide students with hyper-focused information, allowing you to upskill quickly. Each course includes either three, six, or nine modules. Each module takes an average of ten hours to complete if the student is diligently completing the coursework.
- How long will I have access to my course materials and information after I complete the course?
DC3 students have access to their course(s) for one year from the date of purchase.
- Does DC3 offer in-person live workshops?
DC3 sometimes offers in-person workshops that are tied to our online courses. If an optional workshop is included with a purchased course, we will email the DC3 students in that online course to inform them. Live in-person workshops are optional, never mandatory, and conducted on Full Sail University’s campus in Winter Park, Florida.
- Will Full Sail DC3 students have access to student support?
Yes, Full Sail DC3 students will have full access to DC3 course facilitators that are available for questions and course assistance, as well as Full Sail University’s tech support staff to respond to issues with technology or our learning platform.
- Why can’t I log into my course?
As of October 20, 2025, Full Sail DC3 has introduced self-paced courses that are accessed via a new version of our learning management system (LMS). If you purchased a course prior to that date, you will need to log on to the previous LMS to access it. You can find more details in this article.
- What do I do if I have password problems?

- What should I do if I have questions about my personal information on the site?
Issues with the way your name is spelled and other similar personal information should be addressed by emailing contact@fullsaildc3.com.
- My course DC3 includes a digital textbook. How will it be sent to me?
If digital textbooks or course materials are included with a DC3 course, those items will be emailed to students within two business days of the course purchase. To ensure proper delivery, a correct email address must be kept on file with DC3. In the event a student does not receive a textbook, please email DC3 Support immediately at contact@fullsaildc3.com. You can also contact DC3 Support by phone at 844.716.1492.
- Where can I find Full Sail DC3’s student manual?
Full Sail DC3 is a department of Full Sail University, and all students are governed by Full Sail University’s Student Manual which includes policies about the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), accommodations, intellectual property, and more.
